Today I have for you a scent described as "spicy vanilla" - Vangelis from Vanilla Collection of Sylvaine Delacourte (former Guerlain's creative director).
It's a vanilla scent, definitely, but this not a "Vanilla IN YOUR FACE". Soft, warm and foremost not too sweet vanilla with some cardamom, black pepper and bitter almonds.
Everything is blended here very gentle. A little dark but very cozy, creamy and delicate at the same time. In the drydown some woody notes enters into the game. This one is suited both for man and woman, but for me is a bit more feminine. Do you like chai tea? You should know that Vangelis is inspired by this popular tea drink from India.
Longevity: good, 7 hours and more
Projection: moderate, within arm length
