Fragrance description

When the curtain rises, the first impression is often the decisive one. But it can also be confusing. Grapefruit, blackcurrant and rhuharb. I love tart fruits, especially blackcurrant and grapefruit. Rhubarb is not a common note, but I also really like its scent, it goes well with fruits, highlights their freshness, gives them expressiveness and is also very tasty and reminds me of a cake where it is combined with strawberries. Strawberries grow in early summer, so associations with this season come to my mind. Joy, smiles, and energy. Such is the opening of Zenne. The rose with the gardenia that appears in the background is responsible for the still tart but floral accents. But what happens next?

In the second act of this play, vanilla, musk and ambergris enter the stage. They are also accompanied by sandalwood. Thanks to them, the fragrance becomes very smooth like a pudding, soft, sweet, musky and milky. This perfume, which is otherwise very interesting, won me over with its opening, but later in the drydown, it was not what I wanted. I know opinions are divided here, as there are people who love Zenne's drydown, but frankly it does not excite them. For me, the opposite is true. I understand that the author wanted to show us as much contrast as in game of shadows, and I can say that he succeeded. Even though I love this opening, Zenne is not for me. For whom then? I think is better suited to a young woman, a bold, confident woman who is both vibrant and sensual.
