Eight & Bob - the original, created by Albert Fouquet, the son of a Parisian aristocrat in the thirties, fully restored decades later and released in 2012.
"Eight more and another one for Bob" - the beloved fragrance of young JFK, discovered by himself on Côte d’Azur. A fragrance with an enchanting history: the French glamour that Americans lack, the early death of its creator, the World War II and more. What about the scent? It is bright, clean, fresh, very aromatic, masculine, rich, slightly soapy and woody. Citrus fruits, violet, sandalwood, cardamom and vetiver are the main players of the composition according to my nose. I would like to admit that this is not my kind of scent, but it is normal that I review not only fragrances that I personally admire and wear. A good choice as an office scent, ideal for formal occasions or for going playing...golf.
