What are you proud of? Write in the comments below. Miguel Matos can be proud of this fragrance. Pride is a chypre fragrance created according to the classic canons of perfumery with a modern twist. The scent is mossy green, floral, slightly powdery and has that special vintage vibe. It opens with a spicy, bitter bergamot and evolves beautifully on the skin with florals (jasmine and narcissus) accompanied by woody-green accords (earthy carrot seeds, moss - evident throughout the whole scent, cashmerean and patchouli). Powerful but soft, as the fragrance gets a bit warmer towards the end, thanks to sandalwood and amber, I think. Very good performance and easy to wear despite it's vintage feeling.
